IMS Property Group

Agile Tech IT met Michelle Niziol from IMS Property Group whilst contracted to help install some data services into her new offices in Bicester.
This soon turned into quite a project which included not only install and configuration of the operational WiFi but also secure guest WiFi, CCTV, EV charging stations and IT support for all the team.

IMS in general are quite cutting edge when it comes to IT, all of their systems are cloud based, including telephony, meaning continuous internet supply is super critical.
There are two distinct internet supplies into the offices and Agile Tech IT designed a fail over system if one provider ever fails.
This was recently tested when the main provider failed. The DR process was action and the business was back up and running within 10 minutes.

We look after all IMS’s IT systems via remote support but also on-site visits when needed.
